As a Dietitian, my approach to nutrition goes beyond simply counting calories or following trends; it’s about treating the whole person—considering not just what you eat, but how it impacts your overall well-being. Nutrition is deeply interconnected with every aspect of health, including physical, emotional, and mental states. Over the past 5 years, my experience working with Women Infants and Children as a Dietitian and Certified Lactation Consultant and within the Clinical Inpatient setting, I’ve expanded upon this understanding to assist my patients in managing various chronic health conditions and develop individualized nutrition plans to support their needs and long term goals. My mission is to support individuals in achieving their goals and create more balance in their day to day lives.
